ICC Training and Education Platform Transition: EdApp Migrated to KREDO

Uncategorized

The Eswatini Cricket Association would like to inform all players, coaches, scorers, umpires, administrators, volunteers and cricket stakeholders that the International Cricket Council has officially transitioned its online Training and Education resources from EdApp to KREDO, the ICC’s new Learning Management System (LMS) service provider.

As a result of this migration, EdApp is no longer the official ICC Learning Management System for ICC online courses and certifications.

What This Means for Users

All users who were previously registered on EdApp should have received an automated welcome email from KREDO containing important information regarding the migration process and account access.

The new platform will continue to provide access to ICC educational content including coaching, umpiring and Pitch Curator courses.

Download the ICC Training and Education Application

All users are encouraged to download the ICC Training and Education mobile application on their smartphones and tablets.

The application is available for both:

How to Access Your Account on KREDO

After downloading the application, please follow the steps below carefully:

  1. Open the ICC Training and Education application.
  2. Navigate to the Log In menu.
  3. Select “Forgot Password”.
  4. In the username field, enter the same email address that was used when creating your EdApp account.
  5. You will receive an email containing a password reset link.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
  7. Once the process is completed successfully, you will automatically gain access to the ICC Training and Education platform.

Accessing Your Courses

After successfully logging in, users should navigate to the “Assigned Learning Paths” section where they will find:

  • Completed courses
  • Courses currently in progress
