The standout fixture of the day saw Sixers Club produce a spirited chase to defeat Eagle XI by 2 wickets in one of the most entertaining matches of the season so far.
After winning the toss, Eagle XI elected to bat first and posted a competitive 142/7 in their allotted overs. With pressure mounting during the chase, Sixers Club showed remarkable composure and determination to cross the finish line in 19.1 overs with only two wickets remaining.

Earlier in the day, Nhlangano Legends secured an impressive 7-wicket victory over 9Oft Cricket Club.
After winning the toss and choosing to field first, Nhlangano Legends were tasked with chasing a challenging total after 9Oft Cricket Club finished on 155 runs with one wicket remaining.
Hashim Mohammed delivered a sensational innings for 9Oft, smashing 63 runs off just 37 balls in a powerful display of attacking cricket.
However, Nhlangano Legends responded brilliantly with the bat, reaching the target in only 18.2 overs with seven wickets still in hand to seal a commanding victory.
